Silky Apple Technologies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TrueConsent in accordance with these terms. By using the app, you represent that you are of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Disclaimer
While TrueConsent provides cryptographic signing, tamper-evident hashes, and verification tools, Silky Apple Technologies does not provide legal advice or guarantee the legal enforceability of any specific agreement or consent record. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable electronic signature, contract, and consent laws.
4. Acceptable Use & Content Reporting
You agree not to use TrueConsent to generate unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent agreements. TrueConsent provides in-app content reporting tools. We reserve the right to review reported agreements and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
5. Data Security and Backups
While we strive to build reliable tools, software and cloud services (such as Cloudflare and Google Drive) can occasionally experience interruptions. We kindly ask that you maintain your own independent backups of your digital agreements and proof PDFs. By using the app, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your data, and we cannot be held liable for any data loss, sync issues, or cloud service interruptions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the application—including data loss or service outages—is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We respectfully disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration & Class Action Waiver)
If a dispute arises, we would love the opportunity to resolve it with you amicably through our support team. If we cannot reach a resolution, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration rather than in court. We both kindly agree to waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
