At Silky Apple, we want you to evaluate our desktop apps before purchasing. SilkySnip offers a 30-day trial through the Mac App Store on macOS and the Microsoft Store on Windows. The trial does not renew or charge automatically.

Our Purchase Policy

SilkySnip purchases are processed by Apple on macOS and Microsoft on Windows. Refund eligibility and requests are handled by the applicable store under its terms and applicable law.

Exceptions and Statutory Rights

For a macOS purchase, use Apple's refund guidance. For a Windows purchase, use Microsoft's app refund guidance. For another provider or a billing error, use the Contact page and include your order number.

Statutory Rights: Apple processes SilkySnip purchases on macOS, and Microsoft processes purchases on Windows. Other products may use another provider identified at checkout. Where provider terms or this policy conflict with mandatory local consumer law, the applicable law prevails.
