By accessing silkyapple.com or downloading, installing, or using a Silky Apple application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the software. You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age if you are located in the European Economic Area or UK) to use our applications. By using the services, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

2. License to Use

Silky Apple Technologies grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the applicable software strictly in accordance with these terms and any product-specific instructions published on the site.

These product-specific pages explain how app data, Google services, Firebase, Cloudflare, shared workspaces, optional reminders, and deletion requests are handled. If product-specific terms conflict with these general website terms for that product, the product-specific terms control for that product.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website and apps may use third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Sign-In, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Firebase, Cloudflare, app-store billing, rewarded advertising, form providers, and communication services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and those services may be unavailable, changed, rate-limited, interrupted, or discontinued outside our control.

5. Availability and Updates

The software and website may change over time. Features, platform support, setup flows, and content can be updated, improved, or retired without prior notice. You understand that:

  • The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
  • You are responsible for backing up your own data and reviewing the current setup information on the site before use.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its code, design, logos (e.g., "Silky Apple"), and documentation, is the proprietary property of Silky Apple Technologies and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
  • Rent, lease, or sell access to the Application without authorization.
  • Use the website or the Application for illegal, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or harmful activities.
  • Use the website or the Application in a way that violates third-party rights, Google API Services policies, app-store rules, or applicable laws.

8. User Data and Backups

You are responsible for the data you enter, files you attach, people you invite, accounts you connect, and backups you keep. We are not responsible for loss caused by device failure, account compromise, third-party service outage, deleted files, revoked permissions, or incorrect user-entered data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license or access to the Application at any time if you breach these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Silky Apple Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the website or Applications, including lost data, data corruption, lost profits, device failure, cloud service outage, sync interruption, or reliance on app calculations.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Silky Apple Technologies operates.
