- Executive Membership: Paid memberships grant a license for commercial use and priority support.
3. Beta Software
The Application is currently in a Public Beta phase. It may contain bugs, errors, and other issues. You understand that:
- The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
- Silky Apple Technologies is not liable for any data loss, system instability, or interruptions caused by the software.
4. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its code, design, logos (e.g., "Silky Apple"), and documentation, is the proprietary property of Silky Apple Technologies and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
- Rent, lease, or sell access to the Application without authorization.
- Use the Application for any illegal activities.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license or access to the Application at any time if you breach these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Silky Apple Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Silky Apple Technologies operates.
