4. Free Trial and Refunds
We provide a 30-day free trial so you can fully evaluate Silky Calculator before purchasing. Because of this extensive trial period, all purchases are final, and we politely do not offer refunds after purchase.
5. Data Security and Backups
While we strive to build reliable tools, software and cloud services can occasionally experience interruptions. We kindly ask that you maintain your own independent backups of any important calculations or data. By using the app, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your data, and we cannot be held liable for any data loss, sync issues, or cloud service interruptions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

If a dispute arises, we would love the opportunity to resolve it with you amicably through our support team. If we cannot reach a resolution, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration rather than in court. We both kindly agree to waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
