While TrueConsent is designed to capture digital signatures and agreements, Silky Apple Technologies does not guarantee the legal enforceability of any consent or agreement generated using the app in your specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding electronic signatures and consent.
4. Free Trial and Refunds
We provide a 30-day free trial so you can fully evaluate TrueConsent before purchasing. Because of this extensive trial period, all purchases are final, and we politely do not offer refunds after purchase.
5. Data Security and Backups
While we strive to build reliable tools, software and cloud services (such as Cloudflare and Google Drive) can occasionally experience interruptions. We kindly ask that you maintain your own independent backups of your digital agreements and proof PDFs. By using the app, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your data, and we cannot be held liable for any data loss, sync issues, or cloud service interruptions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the application—including data loss or service outages—is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We respectfully disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration & Class Action Waiver)
If a dispute arises, we would love the opportunity to resolve it with you amicably through our support team. If we cannot reach a resolution, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration rather than in court. We both kindly agree to waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
