Account and Record Deletion
TrueConsent utilizes a secure cloud backend to store cryptographic consent records. To delete your account and all associated consent records from our servers, you must submit a deletion request.
How to Request Deletion
To permanently erase your TrueConsent data:
- Send an email to support@silkyapple.com from the email address associated with your TrueConsent records.
- Include "TrueConsent Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
Warning: Deleting your records will permanently destroy all stored consent signatures and cryptographic keys. This will invalidate any existing QR codes or verification links associated with your records. This action cannot be undone.
Exported Backups
If you have previously exported your consent records to a file on your device, you will need to manually locate and delete those specific files using your device's file manager.
