- How do I backup my records? TrueConsent operates entirely offline. You must use the in-app "Export" feature to create a manual backup of your records.
- Can you recover my lost records? No. Because we do not store any of your data on our servers, we have no way to recover lost or deleted records. Always keep a secure backup.
- How does QR Verification work? The QR code contains a cryptographically signed proof of the agreement. Scanning it with another device running TrueConsent verifies the signature locally without needing an internet connection.
