1. Delete From Inside The App

To delete your profile in the app:

• Open Profile.
• Go to Account actions.
• Choose Delete profile.
• Confirm with your device authentication when prompted.

In short, the in-app path is Profile > Account actions > Delete profile.

This action removes local SilkWallet data for the signed-in profile, attempts to delete personal SilkWallet Drive files, SilkWallet Sheets data, optional SilkWallet Calendar reminder events, and owned workspace data where supported, removes shared workspace access from this device, signs you out, and disconnects Google access where supported.

2. Shared Workspaces

If you are a member of a group owned by someone else, deleting your profile removes your local copy and membership access where supported, but it does not delete the owner's group for every member. Ask a group admin to delete the shared workspace if the whole group should be removed.

If you own a shared workspace, deleting your profile attempts to delete the group files and workspace data that you own. Some Google, Firebase, or Cloudflare deletion operations may fail if network access is unavailable, if the service is unavailable, or if your account no longer has permission. In that case, you can remove files directly from your Google Drive, Google Sheets, or Google Calendar where applicable, ask a workspace admin for help, or contact support.

3. Data Included

A deletion request can include app account identity, local profile metadata, personal Drive files created by SilkWallet, Google Sheets and spreadsheet tabs created by SilkWallet, optional Google Calendar reminder events created by SilkWallet, Firebase workspace data you own, Cloudflare workspace data you own where Cloudflare live sync is enabled, invitation records, and support records connected to the account.

4. Revoking Google Access

You can revoke SilkWallet's Google access from your Google Account security settings. Revoking access stops future access by the app, but it does not automatically delete files, spreadsheets, calendar events, or workspace records already created. Use the in-app deletion flow, delete those items from Google Drive, Google Sheets, or Google Calendar, or contact support for deletion help.

Warning: This action permanently deletes your account and drafts. Drive sharing is removed first. Completed records are anonymized and kept only for necessary audit trails.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

Before deletion, TrueConsent removes sharing from app-created Drive attachments. Draft records are deleted. Completed consent records may be retained in anonymized form when needed for audit integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or the rights of other consent parties.
